What is your standard delivery time?


Your order will be delivered within 24 hours after placing the order. You can check your order status under the “My Orders” section.

 

In case, there is a delay in delivery. You will be notified via SMS on your registered mobile number.

 

We are working round the clock to deliver your order as soon as possible. 

 

Do you charge any shipping fee for Medicine & Healthcare Orders?


No, we do not charge any shipping fee for any orders placed through our website or app.


Delivery is absolutely free of cost and there are no hidden charges.


However, the minimum amount to place an order is 149 INR. We do not accept any orders below 149 INR.


Can I get my order delivered faster?


Yes, you can get your order delivered within 2 hours after placing the order. We have an Express Delivery option for faster delivery.


You need to pay an additional fee of ?300 INR to avail Express Delivery benefit.

Can I get medicines delivered in emergency situations?


Yes, we deliver medicines to your doorstep in emergency situations like midnight medicine requirements.


We have a Midnight Express Delivery that allows you to order medicines between 12 AM to 6 AM every day. 


You need to pay an additional fee of ?300 INR to avail Express Delivery benefit.


However, the minimum amount to place an order is ?149 INR. We do not accept any orders below ?149 INR.

The order status shows 'delivered' but I have not received my order. What should I do?

Can I modify my order?


Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. You will need to place a fresh order with any modifications.


Can I cancel my order?


We allow a window period of 30 mins after placing your order. You can cancel your order within 30 mins after placing your order. 


You can cancel your order before it is processed. Orders cannot be canceled once it is processed.


Can I modify my address after placing the order?


We allow a window period of 30 mins after placing your order. You can change your address within 30 mins after placing your order.

Payments and Refunds


Can I pay online at the time of delivery?


Yes, you can pay at the time of delivery via cash or third-party wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. 


Net banking or card on delivery is not available at the moment.


Our delivery executive will assist you in making payments via third party wallets.

How can I return my order?


You can raise a request to return items with the following steps:


? Go to My Orders

? Select the respective order and click on 'RETURN'

? Check if the product/s that you wish to return are returnable and have a valid return-by date.

? We will pick up the returnable items within 1 - 3 days from the date of request. Please keep the return package ready in its original packaging. 


*Items marked as "Non-Returnable" or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned.
